Options

The March for Life has arranged the following transportation program for those in the lower mainland wishing to attend the March in person in Victoria.  Buses will depart from a number of parishes noted below.  All buses will commute to Sacred Heart Parish at 3900 Arthur Drive, Delta.  All riders will then be able to attend Mass that will be celebrated by Fr. Francis Galvan.   Following the Mass, everyone will catch their bus and continue to the BC Ferries terminal in Tsawwassen for the 11:00 AM sailing to Swartz Bay.  All bus riders will board the BC Ferry as walk on passengers.  Upon arrival at Swartz Bay, everyone will board buses that will take them to Centennial Square for the start of the March.

Ferry Cost –  Return  –  Under 5  Free, 6 to 11 years $15.00, 12 to 64 years $30.00, Seniors 65 years and over, Free – With ID.

Bus  Cost  –  Return  –  Under 12  Free, 12 and over $30.00. Go as Foot Passengers.

Please bring a lunch/snack(s) or cash/credit to purchase a meal from BC Ferries/food courts.  Please dress for the weather and consider bringing an umbrella.  Bring a parish banner if available.

Following Mass a bus will be shuttling people to the Tsawwassen ferry terminal for the 11:00 AM sailing. Please call first to reserve a seat on the bus. Free parking for the day, park in front of the Church not behind.

We are going on as foot passengers on the 8:05 am ferry, arrive at Comox, board the van and go to the MFL. Return on the 7:10 pm ferry back.
